This Notice is provided in accordance with ORS 65.644 (“Notice”). Urban Nature Partners PDX, an Oregon public benefit non-profit corporation, is in the process of winding down its operations pursuant to a Plan of Dissolution adopted by its Board of Directors on November 17, 2025. The Plan of Dissolution directs Articles of Dissolution to be filed with the Oregon Secretary of State as part of the winding down process, with an effective date of January 1, 2026.
Any individual or entity with a claim (or claims) against Urban Nature Partners PDX should put the claim(s) in writing specifying the name and contact information for the claimant and the basis for each claim, together with copies of any documentation supporting the claim. Claims should be mailed to the attention of Cameron Luck, Board Chair of Urban Nature Partners PDX, at the following address: 1442 Uplands Dr., Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034
This Notice to Claimants was first published on January 1, 2026, and will remain active on this website (www.urban-nature-partners.org) for at least thirty (30) days. Claims against Urban Nature Partners PDX will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this Notice.
